I think I would, but only if it was where I had to work for 5 years to get it. Otherwise, it would feel pointless.

Yes! I would. I would rather give up five years of my life, and be happy forever (excluding the normal unhappy moments), instead of feeling down all the time. I feel like a shorter life with happiness guaranteed would be better than a long life with no happiness guaranteed.
